There are many voices which seek to define us as women. The pressure to live up to the standards imposed on us can be overwhelming and, for some, can lead to feelings of inadequacy and insecurity which in turn give way to a negative self- image and low self-esteem.

In this episode, we treat the issue of low self-esteem. Our guests, a panel of women from the Cornerstone African House of Praise in Singapore, discuss the causes and effects of low self-esteem. In heartfelt dialogue, we examine how our self-image can be influenced by painful experiences which have left deep seated wounds. Listen to these women share how low self-esteem is the inability to see ourselves the way God sees us, and how God desires to restore our understanding of who we are in Him.

By the end of this episode, you will appreciate that it is possible to overcome Low Self-Esteem by aligning our lives to God’s truth.
